Start with the question, not the model
Why the most useful AI products begin with a well-framed problem rather than the newest technology.
Every new wave of technology produces a familiar pattern: teams adopt the tool first and search for a problem second. With AI, that pattern is especially tempting, because the capabilities are genuinely impressive.
Framing matters more than horsepower
A precisely framed problem narrows the solution space. It tells you what data you need, what an acceptable error looks like, and when a simpler, non-AI approach is the better answer.
Questions we ask first
Who has this problem today? What do they do instead? What would a good outcome look like, and how would they know? Only after answering these do we consider which models — if any — belong in the system.
This is slower at the beginning and much faster everywhere after. It is the foundation of how Acuissage approaches every exploration.
